Remove a Participant from an Experience

You can remove a Participant from an Experience at any time. To do so:

  1. Navigate to the Experience
  2. In the “Participants” list, click the person who you want to remove
  3. A window opens showing the Participant's name, Manager, First Day at Work and their Timeline.
  4. At the bottom left of the window, press “Remove participant” to remove them from the experience. 
  5. You’ll be asked to type a confirmation code to delete the user.

Participation is lost and can't be recovered after being deleted

When you remove a participant from an experience, all information about completed tasks will be deleted. You can add the user to the experience again but they will need to start it from the beginning.
