How to re-use data from a subtask elsewhere in your Experience
Dado's Answer Question and Select Option subtasks enable you to collect information from one person in an Experience. It's very common to want to re-use that information elsewhere, for instance:
- Collect a bio from a new joiner and share it with their manager so they can send a personalized introduction to the team
- Confirm the address where an anniversary gift should be shipped, and then pass that info on to the People Ops team member responsible
- Enable an employee on parental leave to update their expected return date, then share that date with the relevant HRBP

Whatever your specific use case, setting this up requires the same steps:
- Add a custom Dado field to store the information: if a suitable field already exists, feel free to use that one. No need to create another!
- Set up the relevant subtask to send data to that field:
