Automate the creation of Jira tickets

Some of the most laborious aspects of the employee lifecycle are making requests in ticketing systems, such as:

  • create an access badge be created for a new hire
  • grant additional systems access to an employee who's just been promoted or switched orles
  • inform Payroll of an offboarding employee's leaving date
