More ways to control individual Experiences

Dado makes it easy to build one 'template' Experience that can be re-used for dozens or hundreds of employees. But there are always situations in which you need to step in and make changes for particular employees, to provide the best possible individual experience.
To enable these kinds of individual changes, we've expanded the range of controls available to you. You can see a brief overview below, or get more detailed information on this functionality in the help article.
Move a Task/Message/Automation from the past to the future, so it will run again
Resend a Message or Task notification that has previously been sent
Skip Tasks, Messages and Automations to remove them from a Participant's Experience – and unskip to add them back
Send an upcoming Message immediately
Start a Task immediately instead of waiting for the designated start-date
