Logs for Messages, Tasks, and Automations

Messages, Tasks, and Automations take manual work off your hands, and allow you to seamlessly provide bespoke experiences for dozens or hundreds of employees. 

However, there are always times when you want to check in on the status of particular parts of your experiences. Our new Logs make it easy to get an overview of the status of a particular Task, Message or Automation, across multiple Participants and cohorts.


Use cases

  • Quickly generate a list of people who are overdue for specific Tasks
  • Check when a particular Message was sent to a group of Participants
  • See the status of a Task across an entire cohort
  • Verify that your Automation added Participants to an event on the right date

No matter your reason, logs allow you to quickly check the status of any Message, Automation, or Task, for individuals and groups.


Where to find the logs

1. Open any active experience, and click on the Task, Message or Automation you want to view the logs for

2. Switch from the "Task" tab to the "People" tab using the toggles located at the top left

3. Filter based on available completion status using the buttons on the top left or search for an individual using the bar on the top right

4. View your curated list
