We are excited to announce the launch of DadoAI, a new suite of features designed to make peopl process automation even smoother and more efficient.

While AI is the industry's current buzzword, we believe in substance over hype. We are rolling out our AI capabilities thoughtfully, starting with practical tools that solve daily friction points. Today marks the first step of that journey with the release of our writing assistant.

Meet your new writing assistant

The first feature in the DadoAI suite is built directly into your Experience and Moment creation workflow. It is designed to help you move past the "blank page" problem and get your communications out faster.

Here is what the Writing Assistant can do for you:

• Effortless Drafting: Say goodbye to writer's block. Whether you are drafting a task description or a message for a specific "Moment that Matter," the assistant can generate a solid first draft in seconds.
• Tone Adjustment: Need a warm welcome for new hires or a professional tone for a policy reminder? You can instruct the tool to match the specific sentiment you need.
• Smart Guardrails: We have implemented built-in guardrails to ensure suggestions remain appropriate and helpful for a workplace context.
• You Stay in Control: The AI is designed as a helper, not a dictator. You can—and should—edit and refine the output. This ensures every message aligns perfectly with your specific company voice before it is sent.

How to Get Started

The first DadoAI feature is live and waiting for you today.

Step 1: Switch on AI features in your account

We believe you should choose when to use AI. The features are not turned on automatically, but you can do this easily in your account settings. Please note: this page is only available to Account Adminstrators.

Start by accepting our AI terms of service, and then you can switch on AI for your account.

Step 2: Activate the writing assistant in any Task, Message or Moment

In any Task, Message or Moment, you'll see the button to start the AI writing assistant next to the text field. Click the button to bring up a modal where you can specify exactly what you want help writing, and choose a tone of voice. Once you click generate, the content you requested will be added to the text box. You can (and should!) review and edit that content, and once you're happy with it, save.

Privacy is our priority: people processes often involve confidential and sensitive data.
