Inviting colleagues to your Dado Moments account

There are no limitations on how many members of your Organization can use Moments. Invite your colleagues by following the instructions below.

How to invite colleagues to your Dado Moments account

  1. Click on 'Settings' in the top navigation
  2. In the side navigation, select 'Admins'
    • On this screen, you'll be shown a list of existing Admin users, and those who have received an invitation.
  3. Click the 'Invite new admin' button in the top right
  4. Enter an email address, first and last name, then click 'Send invitation email'
  5. Your colleague will receive an email with instructions for joining your Dado account
    • if you encounter any difficulties, please contact support on help@dadohr.com
  6. If you realise you've input the email address or names for your colleague incorrectly, revoke this invitation following the instructions below, and then re-invite them with the correct details.

How to resend an invitation to a colleague

While it's not possible to resend an invitation email, you can easily get an invitation link you can share with an already-invited colleague.

  1. Click on 'Settings' in the top navigation
  2. In the side navigation, select 'Admins'
  3. Find your colleague in the table of Admin users. They will have a green 'Invited' status.
  4. Make a note of the email in this row. Your colleague will need to use this exact email address to complete their sign-up.
    • if the email address shown is incorrect, please follow the instructions below to revoke the invitation, and then re-invite your colleague.
  5. Click on the ... menu on the right hand side of your colleague's row in the table
  6. Click 'Copy invitation Link' and share it directly with your colleague.
    • This link will only work for that colleague. If you'd like to invite someone new, please follow the instructions above.
    • It might be helpful to also remind the colleague of the email address they must use to complete their sign-up. This is the email address shown in their row of the table.


How to revoke an invitation

If you've send an invitation to the wrong person, or made a typo in your colleague's email address, you can easily revoke an invitation.

  1. Click on 'Settings' in the top navigation
  2. In the side navigation, select 'Admins'
  3. Find the invitation you'd like to revoke in the table of Admin users. It will have a green 'Invited' status.
  4. Click on the ... menu on the right hand side of your colleague's row in the table
  5. Click on 'Revoke invitation'
  6. From this point, the link in the invitation email previously sent out will no longer work.


Permissions for Moments users

All admin users added to your Moments account are currently granted the same permissions. In future, we plan to introduce different roles with different permissions levels.

Admin users can do the following:

  • create new Moments
  • edit existing Moments (even those they did not create)
  • schedule Moments and revert scheduled Moments back to draft (even for Moments they did not create)
  • see the reporting on sent Moments
  • download data collected by sub-tasks in sent Moments
  • import employees and employee data, including changing the data for existing employees and creating new data fields
  • change the settings for your Account, such as your organization's name, logo and default date format
  • invite new Admin users and remove existing Admin users
